Todd stepped into the real estate realm in 1991, quickly becoming a familiar face in the industry, celebrated as a “Presidents Club Member” at prestigious firms. Joining forces with his father, Ernie Rice, in 2004, he learned the most valuable real estate lesson: the art of listening. With over 27 years under his belt as a Realtor, Appraiser, and Mortgage Broker, Todd’s approach is all about making clients feel like family.
