When we had to sell our house 2 years later, she worked tirelessly to help us get the house ready for photographs, showings, and an open house. Because of her help and guidance, we ended up having 56 showings, 15 offers, and accepted an offer of $26,000 over our asking price. Tara and her whole team were extremely communicative and helpful throughout every step of the process. Not only is she a consumate professional, but she’s very personable and treats you like a friend, not a client. My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about her services. Debbie L.If you want to deal with a real estate agent who cares about you and wants to make sure you are happy with the home you select, then Tara Meekma is the agent for you. When my search began I met with Tara and she listened as I told her the type of home I wanted, the geographic area I was interested in and the amenities I required. We looked at numerous homes. Tara was patient and when I said a home was alright, she knew I really was not totally happy. Tara hung in there with me until “we” found the right home for me. Tara truly wanted to make sure I was happy. So again I say, if you are looking for a market savvy, knowledgeable and most of all an agent who puts you, her client first, reach out to Tara.

She wasn’t fazed by the number of houses we were asking to see, and was a huge advocate on our behalf with other agents (and even our lender). I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Tara again (but I hope it won’t be for a while as she helped us find our dream home).
