Lindsey Friedman

Realtor Lindsey Friedman, of Colorado Home Realty, has been the buyer agent for several of our family member’s homes, and we all agree, whenever any of us needs a Realtor again, Lindsey will be our first call. Denver is a tough market, but Lindsey has never failed to secure every home we have wanted to buy, including two that involved bidding wars, one with nine other buyers. Additionally, she’s an exceptional negotiator, using her knowledge and expertise to parse the lowest possible price for our buy, and to obtain additional credit for needed repairs discovered during the inspection process. On the flip side, working for us as home sellers, Lindsey gave great advice to our son and daughter-in-law when a developer offered a price for their home that was too low. Lindsey answered every text promptly, every question honestly, and spent days showing us homes in every area that fit our criteria and price point so we could be confident we were making the educated choice. Moving from Florida to Colorado involves a large learning curve. Lindsey taught us about radon mitigation, the necessity for structural inspection in areas with upheaval, and also to assess for hail damage that often occurs in Colorado. But equally important, Lindsey was unflagging in her effort to find the right lots, homes, and locations that best suited each of our lifestyles and tastes. Lindsey cared deeply about our future happiness in the homes we would buy, and encouraged us to think long term about our desires, needs, and plans. In everything from our son’s first house to our retirement home, Lindsey was an unstoppable force and a trusted advisor in finding the perfect home for each of us.
