The future of referral real estate is no longer about finding and convincing people to use you. It’s about loving on and serving people over a period of time in a way that facilitates your opportunity to help them live well, whether they buy or sell real estate or not.

According to the NAR, there were over 3,000,000 real estate agents in the U.S. as of 2020, and 5.64 million transactions completed last year. This means that, on average, each real estate agent completed 3.76 transactions.

This is as a result of incompetence in our industry.

You have an opportunity to shift how you’re engaging by delivering value, and demonstrating your expertise, and investing yourself in human beings on their human journeys.
