Local Leadership to Take the Helm for Colorado Home Realty Expansion

Two native Colorado Springs real estate agents will lead the charge for expanding the Denver-based brokerage.

The expansion in Colorado Springs is a seed that was planted years ago when CEO, Matt Hudson, recognized the opportunity for high growth in the market. The idea bloomed a few months ago when Hudson recruited Jeanne Guischard to join CHR Colorado Springs agent, Brendan Burns, to run the show.

About Jeanne Guischard

Naturally reliable and kind, Jeanne is also an excellent negotiator and team player. She often spends her free time working out, outdoors, or shopping with her daughters. Her other favorite activities include running marathons and paddleboarding with her dog, Kobe. As an agent, Jeanne truly cares about her clients and views real estate as a people-focused business, not just a transaction. She is excited to work with Colorado Home Realty and welcomes any questions you may have.

Originally from Mission Viejo, California, Jeanne moved to Colorado in 1992 and graduated from the University of Colorado in 1996 with a BS in Accounting/Information Systems. She raised her two girls in Colorado Springs and pursued a career in marketing before assisting her parents with their real estate business in 2000. Discovering she had a passion for real estate, Jeanne became licensed in 2005. She recalls learning the golden rule early on from her mom and mentor, who was in the real estate business for 45 years. Jeanne has earned numerous certifications, endorsements, and awards, including a Lifetime Achievement award at her previous brokerage.

About Brendan Burns

Brendan has a Political Science degree from Colorado State University and is the former Chief Field Officer, and Senior Vice President of Autism Speaks.

Brendan genuinely desires to help people and brings it to his real estate business. He also offers his clients the rare and valuable quality of empathy. He’s been there. He’s rented, bought, and sold real estate wherever he’s lived and knows from experience that there are great and not-so-great realtors. He knows what side of the spectrum he wants to be on… and is 110% committed to it.

When not investing in his dedication to providing the best possible service to his clients, he’s investing in being a great dad and husband – his other top priorities. From soccer fields with his son to gymnastics gyms with his daughter, he glows with pride and counts spending time with his kids as one of his greatest joys.
