Short version is you need to be a proven digital marketing badass.  

We want a risk taking, analytical, impatient monster in this role.  Someone who wants others to get out of their way, roll up their sleeves and have an impact through the way we message to the world.  This person will drive strategies and aggressively utilize the resources in the organization to affect business results.  

And yet, you must balance that passion and drive with being a team player.  If you can’t play in the sandbox well with others, CHR isn’t a fit. 

Must have experience in the real estate space.  Don’t think that’s important, convince us.  

We’ll discuss your track record of driving consumer attraction through Facebook and Google ads, branding, messaging, web presence, retargeting and remarketing.  

You must understand the importance of the consumer digital experience that matches our brand and own the vision and creation of that experience.

Income:

We want someone who will drive results and not need to be managed.  The right person will pay for themselves multiple times over and you already know that.  We expect total income for this position to be $75,000+ and based on performance, potentially a lot more.  Tell us what you think you are worth; be prepared to prove it.
