On October 16th, Shaun Frederick, owner of Mile Hi Island Grill’s food truck was stolen right outside of his home in Littleton. This was no ordinary food truck.
Standing at 6’8″, Shaun had to have his food truck custom built in order to keep serving the community his delicious Hawaiian BBQ.
Estimates for replacing the truck and getting Shaun’s business back up and running are between $60,000 – $80,000.The CHR family has come together to help do our part in getting this staple of our community back on their feet, and are reaching out hoping that you can do the same!
