Clear Cooperation guidelines are being watched extremely closely by REColorado. As you know, there are substantial fines associated with these guidelines, if they are not followed correctly. By knowing these rules and regulations, you are able to set your sellers up for success by setting clear expectations regarding marketing their property!
The overarching thing to remember is that there must be a status (Coming Soon, Active or Withdrawn) in the MLS before ANY marketing occurs. This includes a sign in the yard, social media posts, mailings, emails to other agents and/or clients … ANY MARKETING!
