Born into a military family, Kelly’s nomadic childhood across the globe instilled in her a deep appreciation for the essence of ‘home’. This unique perspective became the cornerstone of her real estate philosophy. After graduating from Auburn University with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Nursing, Kelly dedicated two decades to the healthcare sector as an ICU and PACU nurse. Her pivot to real estate in 2013 marked not just a career change but a return to her roots.

Kelly has always had a passion for interior design and is a certified Home Staging Expert. She’s not just selling homes; she’s staging them, updating them, and helping clients find ways to increase their equity through design. Her creative skills help sellers get more for their homes and buyers visualize the potential in a dated space. When she’s not working, you can find Kelly running, biking or tackling a renovation. Kelly’s approach to real estate is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to integrity and professionalism. Her ability to navigate complex situations has established her as a trusted advisor in Denver and the surrounding area. Kelly believes that the right home builds wealth and contributes to well-being. Well first off, Kelly is basically an angel so there’s that. If that’s not enough here’s the rest of the review: She. Is. Good. I’m talking comps on properties ready to go *before* showings, digging through HOA documents for anything concerning, reaching out to the associations for clarifications, researching transferable warranties and what to do to make it happen, building relationships with other realtors to dig up more information on properties, it goes on and on. It really is almost a shame I didn’t get to work with her for very long; the first offer we placed together was accepted and that was that. She knew what it was going to take, and a day later we went under contract. I joke that it was so easy when in reality she was doing all the work behind the scenes.
