I was very intimidated to get into the homebuying process but when working with Kathryn & Joe Seehusen you begin to feel completely at ease. This dream team duo is unmatched and complete professionals. They held our hand each step of the way and explained each process very clearly and concisely. At each house showing they assisted in pointing out the positives & negatives that we should take into consideration. They were very flexible to work with our schedules and always showed up on time. They also connected us with a mortgage banker; Virgina Shank at Modern Mortgage who was fantastic and helped us work through all of our options regarding the loan.
