That might be an odd thing for a brokerage to say out loud…

Absolutely, we help people sell and buy real estate (and we’re world-class at it), however, at the end of the day, we understand that’s our “job.” Our mission is to impact, as widely and deeply as possible, the lives of the people we work with and the communities in which we work and serve.

OUR COMMUNITY

WE BELIEVE IN AUTHENTIC INVOLVEMENT WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES WE LIVE IN.

We understand life gets overwhelming sometimes, and we work to make a difference where and when we can regardless of the size of the need. We run annual donation drives in tandem with pursuing situational and immediate donation opportunities like assisting with a mortgage payment in unfortunate circumstances, providing money for groceries, or aiding in supplemental funds for medical bills when adversities strike. 

CHR team members have strapped on carpenter bags and kneepads to remodel homes, raked leaves for elderly community members, served food to those in need, given blood in times of crisis, and painted buildings in neighborhoods that could use some sprucing.

Whether it’s helping an individual, a family or a community, together we can make a difference in people’s lives.
