    Company meetings: Educational all-company meetings focused on important, relevant, encouraging hot topics including market updates as well as professional, personal and business growth opportunities.

    Consumer education: We teach classes, bring in speakers, and hold events for agents to invite their sphere and/or prospective clients. Though the information is often real estate or mortgage related, we also occasionally teach business development classes for the self-employed clients of our agents or personal development classes for friends and family. Why? Because we are good at it, and it impacts people’s lives.

  • Business Coaching

    The CHR business development methodology allows agents to grow their businesses in a productive and fulfilling way. From a long list of possible business development and coaching activities, you’ll choose those that are fruitful and enjoyable for you.
