Tracey EARNED a 5-star rating from us! We bought and sold homes through Tracey in one week! From our first meeting with Tracey, she was professional and prepared. We had been in our home for approximately 25 years and she was very understanding on how emotional this decision was. She did not pressure us to move faster than we were prepared to do. When we met with Tracey, she had done her homework on listing our home at an excellent price point (so critical) for our area. She explained how she determined the price and provided documentation to support her recommendation. As we were looking to downsize, Tracey had the foresight to move forward with pictures etc. for our existing house in the event we would find the “right house” in our search and would need to move quickly to put it on the market (which ended up being the case). Most importantly, Tracey is someone you can trust! There are a lot of moving parts (paperwork/documents to sign/inspections etc.) and Tracey was always one step ahead of the email communication that fills your inbox daily. I cannot say enough about how happy we were working with Tracey. Moving is difficult enough, I can’t imagine working with someone who is less compassionate, dedicated and trustworthy than Tracey.
