Melody is a true professional to work with and knows so many levers to pull (or not pull) when making an offer and during the negotiation and inspection phases. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, especially important for us as we were buying remotely from the east coast. We were blown away with the lender she connected us with and all the contractors she’s recommended for different bids we needed during the inspection phase – essentially a concierge home buying experience.
