LOVES BRINGING ORDER
OUT OF CHAOS.
Who exactly is Karen Gilmore
HERE’S A LITTLE SNAPSHOT INTO HER LIFE.
(BUT REALLY, YOU SHOULD GET TO KNOW HER IN PERSON.)
A Colorado native, born in Lamar, Karen moved to Oregon during grade school and graduated with a degree in Apparel Design from Oregon State University. Her first job was at Nike where she helped introduce Michael Jordan to the athletic apparel world. She then operated a home-based sewing business for 13 years, volunteered her administrative skills at her church office, and worked part-time at a high-end storage and organization store. Always a sucker for cleaning out a closet and alphabetizing, and with lots of encouragement from friends and family, in 2009 Karen started orderologyTM, a professional organizing business (www.orderology.com).
After raising a family just outside of Portland and a number of life-changes, she happily returned to Colorado in February 2013, thoroughly enjoying trading rain for sunshine. She joined NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and launched a mile-high version of orderologyTM.
What does Karen do?
In addition to being a professional organizer, Karen is part of the CHR Concierge Team. As one who loves bringing order out of chaos, she enjoys many of the day-to-day tasks and details that can slow others down. Helping CHR agents as well as other individuals, families and small businesses function at a higher, more productive and efficient level is one of her greatest passions and highest priorities.
What else does Karen do?
