BETTER TO TRY AND FAIL,
THAN FAIL TO TRY.
Who exactly is Julie Palumbo Greco
HERE’S A LITTLE SNAPSHOT INTO her LIFE.
(BUT REALLY, YOU SHOULD GET TO KNOW her IN PERSON.)
Through personal experience Julie has become a moving and relocation expert! Having moved over a dozen times in her lifetime, bought and sold several homes, and managed an investment property in the mountains, she believes each experience has given her unique insight into the process of change. A smooth transition into a new chapter is just one of the ways Julie strives to help her clients.
What does Julie do?
Julie brings 20 years of experience in the sales and account management field to her real estate business, offering a solid foundation to successfully work a process from beginning to end. Simply put, Julie knows how to get things done.
Collaboration, building trust and creating an extraordinary experience are her highest priorities. She also enjoys a good laugh, and finds that humor and the ability to put people at ease helps her with one of her other priorities: building relationships.
What else does Julie do?
Originally from Ohio, Julie settled in Colorado in 1998 after living in several states including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York and Kentucky. She graduated from CU Boulder in 1986 with a journalism degree and having fallen in love with the Colorado lifestyle, knew she would ultimately make this home. After being a reporter for a year, she moved into the business world, where she enjoyed 20 successful years.
When not chasing down the best real estate transaction, Julie can be found spending time with her husband, kids, family and friends – usually doing something active. Biking, skiing, walking, swimming, tennis and golf all feed her need for exercise and activity. But she also loves a good barbeque, watching football, volunteering in the community or diving into her book club’s latest read.
What are some fun facts about Julie?
Julie is a die hard Fleetwood Mac/70’s music fan and loves to travel. She’s seen much of the US, several islands and foreign countries and now has her sights set on visiting Costa Rica.
She feels that time spent as a single mom to her four (high school and college-age) children taught her everything she knows about balance and being present.
