Jason understands that life is full of changes, and as a result, our spaces often need to change as well. Whether experiencing a new addition to the family or the exit of college-age children, when our needs change, our spaces tend to change too. Relocations, aging parents and other watershed events cause us to re-evaluate our spaces. Wherever your search leads you, working with Jason will provide you with a system and approach that works. There is a lot to consider in this analysis and it’s good to be methodical. A large audience of real estate professionals exists in the Denver Metro area and this sometimes makes it difficult to choose. However, with a comprehensive understanding of the buy/sell timeline, negotiation methodology, and a preparedness in anticipating what is next, Jason feels he is instrumental in streamlining the process, and reducing anxiety for his clients. He explains the market in detail from a macro perspective and also neighborhood-by-neighborhood, helping them make sense of the market and all its data. He believes it’s his responsibility to provide his clients with information that will allow them to feel confident about their choices. Whether his clients have an immediate need or are planning ahead, Jason stands ready to help find the answers and process that best suit their situation. He believes patience and skillfulness are the keys to success and that every situation calls for a unique strategy to accomplish one’s goals. As a Colorado native, Jason brings 19 years’ experience to his real estate career, as well as a thorough knowledge of the state. He is an avid mountain biker and snowboarder, hobby welder, reader, and is most happy being outdoors. He attended CU Boulder for his B.S. in International Business with an emphasis in Japanese language and culture.

My wife and I had the good fortune to have Jason help us to sell our house. We didn’t make it easy for Jason. After listing our house we got in our RV and left for Alaska. We signed various documents as we traveled north that Jason sent us via email. To make it even harder on Jason for extended periods of time we weren’t in locations where we could receive email or phone calls.
