Greg is easy to work with and very attentive. He knows the general Denver Real Estate market really well and keeps himself informed on trends in both housing and rates. He knows some neighborhoods better than others (like most realtors), but he makes his best effort to educate himself and give you a well researched opinion on CURRENT pricing and value. All in all, I would highly recommend Greg for an easy experience (buying and selling). Just ask him how well he knows your neighborhood and push a little if you feel he’s not where you need him to be on pricing or inspection items. He’ll do what you ask, just may not be what he would recommend 🙂
