Geoffrey was awesome to work with! As a buyer in a “seller’s market,” it was particularly frustrating to overbid and still not come away with a deal. Geoffrey was part of the team that helped structure an offer that was accepted and was the point person for dealing with my particularly picky nature. I’m not entirely sure how much Geoffrey looked forward to my phone calls, but he did an awesome job of keeping me calm and coming up with unique solutions to unforeseen challenges. I will always remember him driving 50+ miles on his motorcycle on the day of closing to deal with the carbon monoxide alarms that were going off at the property, only to find out that he didn’t have a key when he got there. He stayed down there to meet with the utility people to make sure it was safe and there was no damage to the home. Geoffrey definitely went above and beyond in the service that he gives. I put him through his paces for sure, but I was very pleased and will absolutely be calling him again for my future real estate needs. You’re awesome! Thanks, Geoffrey!
