Chantal is a fabulous listener and spent time figuring out what I specifically needed in a home. As a recent widow and senior citizen, I was moving to Colorado from the East coast for a better quality of life and affordability. My criteria were not met in any of the existing homes on the market, so she researched the neighborhoods and style of homes within my criteria, and contacted every home owner and let them become aware that if they were considering placing their house on the market, she had a buyer. Within 60 days we got a response and wet to contract. Chantal worked closely with the seller to meet their needs with extra time they needed to find a home to move into. Thus no one was rushed and everyone was comfortable with buying and selling a home that was not officially on the market until Chantal’s inquiry came along. With the fast paced Real Estate market in Littleton, Chantal was able to find me exactly what I wanted within my price range and in a beautiful neighborhood.
