Amy helped us with the sale of a mountain property with a 46 year old home on it. By closing we had to update the well, replace the furnace, and make several exterior repairs. We had used this only as a summer home for the last 10 years and had done only minimal updating during that time. We initially interviewed four other impressive, successful realtors.
