Who Exactly is Tiffany Roybal?

Here’s a little snapshot into her life.

Tiffany is originally from Virginia however has lived in Denver most of her life and considers herself a Colorado Native. Tiffany took an early career into Real Estate at the age of 17 and has been contributing to Denver’s Real Estate community ever sense. Tiffany has done everything from Asset Management, Appraisal Quality Analyst to her current position in Transaction Management. Tiffany even had her own Transaction Management company prior to joining the Colorado Home Realty Team.

What Does Tiffany Do?

Tiffany is a Transaction Manager for CHR. Tiffany provides various support services such as communication with all parties, execution and collection of all necessary documents and disclosures, sending insight emails about the buying or selling process, monitoring all deadlines and ultimately gets the clients to the closing table. Tiffany works very closely with CHR agents to ensure you have an incredible experience with your Real Estate Transaction. Tiffany has multiple Real Estate certifications such as her (CNE) Certified Negotiation Expert and (QSC) Quality Service Certification although she has never been an Agent. She is always looking for new forms of education to help maintain her knowledge of the industry.

IN HER FREE TIME…

Free time… What Free time? Between her career and her 2 young daughters, there is never a dull moment in her life. Tiffany loves being outside whether it is playing with her daughters or sipping a beer on her favorite patio. Tiffany and her husband go camping at least twice a year and hit the slopes as much as possible. Tiffany is an avid music fan and has seen more than 300 live concerts of various musicians, even though she cannot carry a tune. Chances are if you are a live music lover you have seen her around town or at a concert. Be sure to say Hi if you see her!
