Transplanted from Northern California as a kid, Stacy fell in love with the blue skies and Rocky Mountains and has never left Colorado! Growing up in Morrison, Stacy’s first job as a high school Junior was spending her afternoons and weekends as a receptionist at Re/Max Professionals. Over the years she explored careers in finance and lighting before coming full circle back to real estate at Colorado Home Realty. Before becoming a licensed agent, she was the assistant to fellow CHR top producer, Christine Gulley, as well as the Business Manager for CHR’s Property Management Division.
Stacy nurtures relationships by understanding and relating to her client’s needs. By vesting in her clients this way, house hunting becomes a fun process and together they can find a home that’s a match with their personality and lifestyle. While she specializes in homes in the Southwest area, Stacy has lived in Colorado for over forty years and uses her firsthand knowledge of the Denver Metro area to find her clients the perfect home, no matter where they want to live. Stacy’s dynamic personality and professional business relationships with others in the industry creates an effective combination that eases both the lending and the home buying process for her clients.
Stacy loves the friendliness of the people in Colorado and feels the quality of life here is unbeatable…three hundred days of sunshine: what’s not to love?!? When she isn’t helping clients find the perfect home, she’s either spending time with two of her favorite people in the world – her nieces Joelle and Jackie – or walking her Cocker Spaniel, Charlie, along the many trails and walkways around her home in Littleton.
Stacy is also an amateur landscape artist and has helped both friends and clients with design and implementation to maximize their curb appeal and create beautiful environments for family gatherings, summer barbeques, and watching those spectacular Colorado sunsets from the patio!
Best Place to Relax – Hands down…Cabo San Lucas
Favorite Summer Pastime – Hanging out and laughing with family and friends on a patio at a great restaurant in the Highlands or Downtown Littleton
Most Played Band on Her iPod – The Zac Brown Band (but there’s lots of 80s bands that come in at a close second! Love the music but glad to have ditched the big hair!)
Guilty Pleasure – Ice Cream! Especially Bonnie Brae and Sweet Action
If She Wasn’t a Realtor, She’d Be… – Head Horticulturist at Disney World or Sous Chef for Bobby Flay/p>
Great! Stacy’s ready to get to work for you.
